Pre-Packaged Product Issues
As all our items are pre-packaged, we will coordinate with the manufacturer/importer. Based on their guidance and approval, we will process a refund if applicable.
Damage During Shipping
If the product was damaged in transit, we will review your photos and evidence. If the damage is confirmed, a refund will be issued.
In all cases, no replacements will be provided; only refunds may be issued where approved.
